Accessibility statement
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA — and a little past it.
Last reviewed: July 2026
Conformance status
This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Conformance was verified at launch with automated scanning and manual keyboard and screen-reader review, and the site is re-checked on an ongoing schedule.
What that means in practice
Body text is set at 18px in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed by the Braille Institute for readers with low vision. Every page works by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link. All text meets at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio. Animation is disabled when your system requests reduced motion. Nothing flashes, autoplays, or traps focus.
The physical office
Accessibility doesn't stop at the website: the office has a step-free entrance, wheelchair-sized exam rooms, an adjustable-height exam table, and phone interpretation in 40+ languages. Tell us what you need when booking and it will be noted on your visit.
Known limitations
None are known as of the last review. If you find something we missed, use the feedback channel below — it will be fixed, and noted here until it is.
